- What you tell us. When you submit a form on this site — a consultation request, a lot inquiry, or a question about one of our homes — we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you choose to include.
- What your browser tells us. Like most websites, we gather standard analytics data automatically as you use the site: pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location.
How we use it
We use what you share with us to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and keep you informed as your project or interest with us moves forward. If you’ve reached out to us, we may follow up over time through our customer relationship management (CRM) system — the same system our team uses to track every conversation, so nothing gets lost between a first email and groundbreaking.
Analytics data helps us understand how people use this site and where it could be clearer.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, to anyone, for any reason. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business — our CRM platform and our website analytics provider — and only as needed for them to do that work on our behalf.
We ask every provider we work with to use your information solely to provide services to us, not for their own purposes.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as it serves the purpose you gave it to us for — generally, for the life of an active inquiry or project, and for a reasonable period after in case you return to us. When it’s no longer needed, we remove it from our active systems.
Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at admin@may.construction and a real person on our team will take care of it directly — no account, no portal, no automated runaround.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy from time to time as our practices or tools change. When we do, we’ll update the effective date above — there’s no separate notice list to sign up for.
